Qostanai IT Hub is a representation of Astana Hub Technopark in the capital. It was opened within the framework of execution of the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan. There is an IT-center, laboratory complex, conference hall, co-working space, game zone and a number of other thematic sectors. 

On the basis of Qostanai IT Hub educational programs for start-up projects and IT-companies are implemented, as well as various incubation programs, hackathons and events.

During the meeting with the creative youth of the region, Alikhan Smailov noted that the republic continues active work on the development of digital infrastructure. In particular, 12 regional IT-hubs have been opened over the past 1.5 years, and 7 more are planned to be launched this year.

"We have very talented young people. Such IT-hubs are centers of attraction for them. Conditions for self-realization and training in the field of innovative technologies are created here. As a result, new developments and useful projects emerge. It is important that young people in all regions have such opportunities and support measures," Prime Minister said. 

Head of the Government was presented their own developments: a mobile application for students and schoolchildren, multichat with artificial intelligence, projects in the spheres of housing and utilities and agriculture.  

Special interest was aroused by the project on automation of block-modular boiler houses, implemented in a number of settlements of Kostanay region. The system allows to save fuel, labor resources and most importantly - increases the safety of the heat source. 

"Now it is especially important, as we have started modernization of the entire housing and communal sphere. This kind of technology will significantly improve the situation in this sphere. It is necessary to scale such projects and introduce them everywhere, especially in Kostanay region there are already results," Prime Minister said. 

Within the framework of the meeting the urgent problematic issues of young people were also raised. In particular, concerning the provision of housing. Prime Minister stressed that in addition to the existing housing programs implemented by the state, a new program for young people would be launched. 

"We realize that there is such a need, as young people need the first housing. In this regard, we have developed the "9-20-25" program. We will launch it through "Otbasy Bank", 150 billion tenge will be allocated for its implementation. It is to improve the housing conditions of young people. The program will work annually, about 8 thousand young families will be able to purchase housing on favorable terms every year," Alikhan Smailov said.
