Review of Scientific Research Projects

Scientific and Technical Council

is an advisory and consultative body under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is established to develop proposals and recommendations on priority areas of research and development, as well as to evaluate scientific and technical projects and programs in the areas regulated by the Ministry.

The Scientific and Technical Council performs the following functions:

Formation and updating of a list of priority sectoral areas for conducting scientific research and digitalization projects in the regulated areas of the authorized body;

2

Review and approval of scientific research projects and programs and digitalization projects submitted by subsoil users;

3

Development of recommendations on the further use of completed scientific research and digitalization projects;

4

Review and recommendation for approval of annual reports (for scientific research projects and programs and digitalization projects with an implementation period of more than one year) and/or final reports on the implementation of scientific research projects and programs and digitalization projects submitted by subsoil users.

Review Procedure

  • Application Submission

    Complete the electronic application and attach the required documents.

  • Hearing

    Presentation and discussion of the submitted project.

  • Review

    Review and evaluation of the submitted project and documents.

  • Decision-Making

    A decision is made based on the results of the review.
