Special condition

Selection Criteria for Participants in the TechOrda Program Admission to the TechOrda program will be carried out on a competitive basis. The selection process consists of two stages: Open Testing — conducted to assess students’ motivation, approach to teamwork, and way of thinking. Each question is evaluated on a 4-point scale: 3 points — for the best answer; 2 points — for an appropriate answer that does not fully align with agile methodology principles; 1 point — for the least appropriate answer; 0 points — for generic responses. The total test score is calculated by summing the points earned for all questions. Interview with Potential Candidates. The purpose of the interview is to determine the level of personal motivation, seriousness toward learning, attitude, interest, and the ability to complete the program successfully. Based on the interview results, the student’s readiness for the course is evaluated using a binary system: ready / not ready. Methods for Assessing Students’ Academic Performance Students’ academic performance is assessed through oral questioning, tests, practical assignments, mini-projects, and individual projects (final examination works).
