This course teaches how to manage digital products and IT projects in an agile environment. Students learn Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Miro, product analytics, roadmaps, backlogs, product discovery and stakeholder management. The program combines the strategic thinking of a product manager with the operational discipline of a project manager. Students will learn basics of AI product management and vibe coding for PMs. Learning is based on practical cases, simulations, pair work and a final project. By the end of the course, students develop product artefacts, defend a final MVP case and prepare for Junior Product Manager or Junior Project Manager roles.

Special condition

Student Selection Criteria: The selection process is conducted online and includes SHL-style numerical and verbal reasoning tests, a motivation questionnaire, and a 1–2 minute video presentation. Each SHL block includes 20 questions to be completed within 20 minutes; the minimum passing threshold is 50% for each block. Tech Orda vouchers are distributed based on the final ranking: priority is given to candidates with the highest overall results across the tests, completed motivation questionnaire, and video presentation. Special Conditions: Students admitted under the Tech Orda grant do not pay the difference between the voucher amount and the course price listed on the website. Upon enrollment, students pay a refundable guarantee deposit of 100,000 KZT, which serves as a motivational mechanism during the learning process. The deposit is refunded if the student successfully completes the course with an average score of at least 85%, successfully defends the final case project, and receives the Astana Hub certificate. Students from the Waiting List may be admitted if places become available or through the school’s internal 100% grant; the same guarantee deposit, refund conditions, and refund timelines apply to them, except for the requirement to obtain the Astana Hub certificate. All conditions are fixed in the public offer and the learning agreement before the start of the course.
