This course is designed for those who want to acquire skills in systems and business analysis within the context of agile development methodologies. You will learn how to identify business requirements, work with stakeholders, write specifications, and visualize business processes using industry-standard tools. The program covers key topics such as requirement analysis and formalization, process modeling, creating UML/BPMN diagrams, change management, and the specifics of the Agile approach — including Scrum, Kanban, and techniques like User Story Mapping, JTBD, and Impact Mapping. You will learn to formulate tasks for development teams, align technical and business perspectives, and prepare documentation that is clear to both developers and clients. Throughout the course, you will complete several practical assignments and work on a full-fledged group project where you will take on the role of an analyst in a real-life case. This project will serve as a valuable addition to your professional portfolio.

Special condition

The course fee is 500,000 KZT. Since the grant covers only 400,000 KZT, students who pass the selection must pay an additional 100,000 KZT to study on a grant basis. If a participant who has received a grant does not complete the course at any stage, they are required to pay a fine amounting to 100% of the total cost of the course, except in cases where the IT school has the opportunity to award their grant to another paying participant based on a decision. The final assessment (final exam) is on week 26. A participant is considered to have completed the course and receives a certificate of successful completion, provided they achieve a total of at least 70% of assignments completed; attend 70% of all lectures, and pass the final exam (conducted by Astana Hub). All students who successfully complete the course get the opportunity to intern at IT startups, companies, and partners.
