🚀 Join SOTA – an AI sports startup and the official innovation partner of AIGA – to build the AI-powered platform for The Global Grappling Ecosystem.

  • Next-Gen AI Tools for Academies & Fighters
  • Media & Training Hub
  • Tournament Management Platform

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead this vertical and help us shape the future of grappling worldwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Grappling platform.
  • Work hand-in-hand with AIGA, fighters, academies, and federations to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Launch and scale new modules – from AI training tools to tournament management.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and designers to deliver fast iterations.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and retention to keep improving the product.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in Product Management (experience in sports, media, or subscription products is a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or subscription ecosystems.
  • Passion for combat sports – ideally Grappling/BJJ.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment.

What to Expect:

  • Compensation: competitive, based on experience and results.
  • Format: part-time initially (15h/week for a 2-month trial), with the option to move to full-time.
  • Location: remote and our Astana office, with frequent travel.
  • Collaboration: direct reporting to CEO & CTO, close coordination with AIGA leadership.
