Chocofood is Kazakhstan's leading online food ordering and delivery service, which has been successfully operating on the market since 2013. The company cooperates with more than 2,000 establishments in 11 cities of Kazakhstan, including such well-known chains as Burger King, KFC, Bahandi, Hardee's and AB Restaurants.
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the marketing team, who will strengthen our expertise!
What tasks are to be performed:
- Analyze all key business metrics of the company within the framework of marketing activities (revenue, profit, CAC, LTV, retention, ROI, conversions, etc.).
- Build and maintain a system for daily tracking of indicators, including automatic data collection, updating, and visualization.
- Automate data collection from various sources: Appsflyer, Amplitude, advertising cabinets, backend, and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data transparency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels and funnels, find growth points and bottlenecks.
- Formulate and test growth hypotheses: from ideas to their quantification.
- Actively interact with the marketing team and other departments. Participate in building end-to-end analytics and influence the development of the company's analytical processes.
What knowledge and experience are needed:
- At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst in e-commerce;
- Practical skills at the senior analyst level in SQL, Python, PowerBI (including PowerBI administration experience);
- Confident knowledge of Appsflyer, Amplitude, GA4, Firebase. Experience working with advertising cabinets (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and UTM tags.
- Understanding the principles of attribution, funnels, cohort analysis, retention, and unit economics.
