Florist Cloud is a cloud—based web application designed specifically for wholesale flower companies.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of a sales strategy for the Florist Cloud product
creating a sales funnel, building processes and KPIs
recruitment, training and management of sales managers
working with target clients (wholesale flower companies in the CIS, Europe and Asia)
conducting product presentations and demonstrations
building an accounting and CRM system (amoCRM / HubSpot — by agreement)
preparation of commercial proposals and participation in negotiations
market, competitor, and customer needs analysis
achieving sales targets, monthly reporting
Requirements
-
at least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager
successful experience in building or scaling a sales department
understanding the principles of B2B sales, especially in SaaS products
negotiation and product presentation skills
leadership skills, ability to manage a team
Experience working with SaaS solutions for business is welcome.It will be an advantage:
work experience in the IT field
business software sales experience
knowledge of English
understanding the specifics of the wholesale flower market (optional)
