Responsibilities
- Processing customer requests (tickets, mail, chats, phone calls) and providing technical and operational support;
- Customer verification: working with KYC/AML systems, interacting with a KYC provider and an AML officer;
- Working with cryptocurrency transactions: processing and resolving problematic situations (interventions) using the internal admin panel and blockchain reviewers;
- Monitoring the operability and availability of key company services;
- Escalation of complex technical and operational issues to the following support lines or to related departments (development, product);
- Knowledge base maintenance and updating: writing user instructions (FAQ) and maintaining internal documentation (Confluence);
- Working with the company's internal systems and databases;
- Compliance and monitoring of SLA implementation.
Requirements
- Work experience in customer support (at least 1 year);
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Stress tolerance, politeness, the ability to remain calm in dialogue with the client;
- A confident PC and messenger user.
It will be a plus:
- Work experience in the field of fintech, banking, crypto;
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, TRC-20, etc.);
- Understanding KYC/AML processes;
- Skills in writing instructions and response templates.
