DTU is the leading training center for IT specialists in Kazakhstan.
We are official partners of Cisco, Red Hat, EC-Council, CompTIA, Microsoft, we train specialists at the Junior → Senior level, prepare for international certifications and help build an IT career.

Now we are actively growing and looking for an energetic and dedicated sales manager to join the team, who knows how to listen to the client, build trust and close deals in IT education.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming leads

  • Conduct consultations on training programs

  • To help the client choose the appropriate course and training format

  • To work with CRM: to fix, accompany, bring to payment

  • Fulfill and exceed the sales plan

  • Maintain feedback 

We expect you to:

  • You know how to communicate with people and hear their real needs

  • Have you worked or want to develop in sales, consulting, education or IT

  • Speak and write well (Russian/Kazakh, English will be a plus)

  • Love learning and selling things that really help people grow.
