A vacancy for a System Analyst has been opened in our company Gen2B, specializing in AI solutions for optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

Interact with stakeholders to identify their needs and requirements.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for backend and frontend development
Create and maintain custom scripts tailored to the needs of end users
Development and updating of technical documentation (TOR, specifications, diagrams, diagrams)
Close cooperation with the development team to ensure the correct implementation of requirements
Participation in testing to verify that the functionality meets the requirements
Analyzing existing processes and offering optimizations

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst
Work experience in quasi-governmental or telecommunication companies
Skills in developing and coordinating technical assignments with customers and developers
Knowledge of methods for collecting and analyzing requirements
Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation creation tools (UML, BPMN)
Understanding the principles of UX/UI design
Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Confluence)
Developed strategic thinking and analytical skills
The ability to identify risks in a timely manner and take actions to reduce them
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders
