Responsibilities
– Applying analytical skills to design advanced financial products
– Development of performance indicators to improve products and business processes
– Identifying insights and generating ideas through data analysis
– Conducting in-depth research and analytical checks
– Design and implementation of monitoring systems for products and operational processes
– Creation of informative reports and interactive dashboards
– Optimization of CJM and conversion funnels
– Assessment of the quality, logic and consistency of business processes
– Development of effective motivation schemes for operational teams
– Testing hypotheses aimed at improving processes
– Conducting cost analysis to assess operational efficiency
Requirements
– Higher mathematical or technical education (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI or NES)
– Deep knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
– Analytical mindset and systems thinking
– Ability to visualize data and formulate practical conclusions
– Experience in testing and validating hypotheses
– Ownership of relational databases and SQL
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in English at the B1 level and above for interaction with an international team
