Short description

Provision of services for the development and preparation of design and technical documentation for the project. The work involves compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, standards and procedures governing the preparation and implementation of the project, including internal regulations, instructions and technical specifications approved by authorized bodies or partners. The candidate must ensure that the documentation necessary for planning, implementing and monitoring project activities is completed in a high-quality and timely manner, including interaction with relevant specialists, consultants and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• Analysis of loan terms, regulatory documents, technical specifications and requirements of the donor organization;
• Preparation of conceptual and working versions of project documentation in accordance with the standards of the World Bank and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Development of a document for the evaluation and justification of the project, their indicators and stages of implementation;
• Interaction with experts, consultants, government agencies and representatives of the World Bank

Requirements

• Higher education (public administration, economics, finance, international relations, law, project management or related fields);

• Experience in preparing project, analytical, or financial and economic documentation (preferably within the framework of government or international projects);

• Knowledge of the principles of project management and the logic of the project cycle;

• Understanding the requirements of international financial organizations (the World Bank, ADB, etc.) will be an advantage.;

• Skills of working with a large volume of documents, analytical thinking, attention to detail;

• Proficiency in Russian is required, and English is sufficient to work with documentation.

• Compulsory knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages
