We are looking forAdd a Middle Python developer to the team to develop and support the backend part of the product. We will have to work with highly loaded services, REST API and asynchronous tasks.

Requirements:

Python 3.x language and base is a confident level
Commercial development experience of at least 3 years
Understanding the principles of SOLID DRY KISS OOP
Experience writing clean, maintainable code

Backend Django
Deep experience with Django and Django REST Framework
REST API design and Implementation
Working with middleware signals permissions serializers
Query optimization and performance experience
JWT OAuth Session Authentication

Asynchronous tasks and queues
Celery setup retry beat monitoring
RabbitMQ or Redis as a broker
Understanding the principles of message queue and idempotency
Experience building background tasks and workshops

Databases
PostgreSQL confident level
Designing database schemas
Migration transaction indexes
Optimization of SQL queries
Working with ORM and raw SQL

Architecture
Understanding MVC and MVT
Experience working with microservice or modular architecture
REST and Webhooks
The basics of DDD and Clean Architecture will be a plus.

Testing
Pytest or unittest
Writing unit and integration tests
Covering business logic with tests

DevOps and infrastructure
Docker and docker compose
CI CD GitLab CI GitHub Actions and analogues
Linux
Nginx Gunicorn Uvicorn
Working with logs and monitoring

Tasks:
Development and support of backend services
API and Business Logic design
Performance optimization
Participation in code reviews and architectural discussions
Writing tests and technical documentation
