We at Mantheos are looking for a passionate Front End Developer who is ready to join our team, take new responsibilities and growth fast with Mantheos.

Your job scope & responsibilities will be:

• Lead the front end web app development that will be utilized by hundreds of clients
• Suggest UI and designs with potential A/B testing to continuously improve users’ experience
• Web app maintenance and bug fixes (the non-avoidable stuff ;) )
• Initiate new projects and ideas that can be developed in to new features or product
• Explore new technologies that can complement the current stack

Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of hands on work experience in software development
• Experience in front end development in JS & React
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience in Next.js and Tailwind is a plus
• Drive for learning and continuous personal development
• Progressive and independent thinking
• Competent communication and English skills
• Attention to details
• Digital design and UI skills is a plus
• Experience in leadership and team management is a plus
