Your Goal
Grow Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Influencer Marketing streams for our EdTech products, focusing on 1-2 key accounts to expand our reach worldwide.
Your Impact
- Account Management: Oversee 1-2 assigned social media accounts (e.g., Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand presence and performance.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, high-quality content tailored to your accounts that resonates with target audiences.
- Prepare and finalize content one week ahead of posting schedules.
- Growth & Engagement:
- Apply trending mechanics and creative strategies to increase brand reach and engagement on your accounts.
- Drive weekly product funnel visits (link clicks) through targeted efforts.
- Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with social media influencers to execute campaigns that boost visibility for your accounts.
- Performance Metrics:
- Grow subscribers and engagement on your managed platforms.
- Increase funnel visits from your social media efforts.
- Contribute to business targets:
- Achieve an engagement rate of 5%+ on your accounts.
- Double link clicks from your SMM activities.
About You
- Experience:
- Proven success in SMM, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
- Experience with international markets is a plus.
- Track record of high-engagement campaigns on Meta, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn, with a focus on driving sales (not just brand awareness).
- Creative Skills:
- Ability to create compelling content from scratch.
- Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and the mechanics behind them.
- Execution Skills:
- Capable of managing 1-2 accounts effectively and independently.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate performance from a sales perspective and adjust strategies weekly.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline content production.
