Нужно одновременно думать о продукте, пользователях, юридической части, финансах, безопасности, тестировании, позиционировании и запуске.
Особенно сложно на раннем этапе, когда у тебя ещё нет большой команды, инвестиций и стабильного ресурса. Но именно в этот момент становится понятно, насколько сильна идея и насколько сам основатель готов довести её до результата.
Сейчас я готовлю свой проект к закрытому тестированию и стараюсь сфокусироваться на главном:
