This year, our Recursia IT school is participating in the Tech Orda program for the third time. For us, these are not just grants and training. These are real stories of people who come to us with zero knowledge, and leave with strong specialists with offers in their hands.

В этом году наша IT-школа Recoursia уже в третий раз участвует в программе Tech Orda. Для нас это не просто гранты и обучение. Это реальные истории людей, которые приходят к нам с нулевыми знаниями, а уходят сильными специалистами с офферами на руках.
Сегодня хотим поделиться историей нашей выпускницы Аруны.
До прихода к нам Аруна работала в административной сфере, а затем ушла в декрет. Именно там она поняла, что хочет кардинально сменить профессию и найти сферу, где можно постоянно развиваться и видеть конкретный результат.
Она выбрала курс Full Stack-разработки и за 6 месяцев прошла огромный путь. Аруне приходилось совмещать интенсивную учебу с семейными обязанностями, преодолевать моральные барьеры и страх того, что «для трудоустройства нужно знать абсолютно всё.
Но в нашей школе мы делаем упор не только на хард-скиллы. Помимо разработки собственных проектов, мы помогали ребятам готовиться к реальному рынку: проводили встречи с HR, вместе составляли резюме и готовились к собеседованиям.
И вот результат, которым мы безумно гордимся:
Сегодня Аруна работает в стартапе (кстати, тоже участнике Astana Hub)! Она занимается серверной частью приложения как бэкенд-инженер.
Именно ради таких историй мы и работаем. Помогать людям кардинально менять свою карьеру, преодолевать страхи и находить себя в IT — наша главная миссия.
