In September, I wrote about the closure of Custom GPTs in OpenAI. Google followed up with a similar move. On September 30, the company announced that Gems would replace skills (in the Russian interface, "Skills"). Меняется и порядок работы. Gem вызывали явно, открыв его страницу. Skill Gemini может подключить сам. Для личных задач это удобно. В командной работе важнее понимать, какие правила сработали в конкретном ответе. Автоматическое применение можно выключить для каждого skill отдельно, и решение об этом лучше принять заранее.
Gemini принимает skills, созданные на других платформах, если загрузить их файл SKILL.md. Значит, инструкции можно хранить отдельно от конкретного сервиса.
Три вывода
- Проверьте каждый skill после переноса. Прогоните на нём обычную задачу и сравните результат с тем, что выдавал Gem.
- Начните инвентаризацию сейчас. У корпоративных аккаунтов время есть до марта 2027 года. Составьте список Gems. Отметьте те, что используют Canvas, Deep Research, генерацию видео или музыки.
