At the workshop, we will analyze:

— how to use blockchain for payments, obligations, delivery and smart contracts;
— how will the roles of employees and managers change;
— what are the risks associated with automation and how to maintain human control;
— how to start implementing AI and blockchain without completely rebuilding the business.
In the practical part, the participants will break down their own business into three zones: what can AI decide, what should blockchain fix, and where responsibility remains with humans.
