Zhautykov Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, he completed a bachelor's degree in Mechanics and Mathematics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, and then a master's degree in Management and Management at the Higher School of Economics.
Since 2016, he has been working in the field of IT analysis: he has worked his way up from a system analyst at an insurance company to the head of analytical teams at Russia's largest banks, VTB and Sberbank, and since 2022 he has been developing analytical expertise at Beeline Kazakhstan.
