On June 11, we invite you to an open meetup for the IT business: "From contract to conflict: how can an IT business build deals and emerge victorious from disputes?"
It is based on a dispute between two approaches, familiar to the IT business.:
1) carefully work out the contract and try to foresee all the risks in advance;
or
2) close deals faster and be ready to protect your interests in the event of a conflict.
Consulting lawyers and representatives of IT companies will discuss both approaches from their points of view using examples of real-world cases and practical situations.
