AI/ML Production Developer

Required competencies:

Strong fundamental knowledge of ML (evaluation metrics, ranking, embeddings, experimentation)

Mathematical education, Math statistics

Product thinking (because you will need to work with a team of agents)

Understanding Neural Networks

Mandatory hands-on experience with Claude Code (Anthropic)

Experience working with LLM in production (prompt design, agent workflows, evaluation)

Design skills AI evaluation frameworks and KPIs

Experience in system debugging of AI files

Experience in recommendation / ranking / optimization of systems (depth in one of the areas)

English — B2+ (all communication with the team is in English)

What you have to do:

- API: platform functions, tools, multi-agent system, etc.

- User interfaces: internal interfaces, B2B control panels, B2C web applications

Important: this is not a traditional programmer's job. You will use Claude Code and other AI tools to increase your productivity 10 times, constantly thinking about how the product or feature you are working on will benefit the user. Also: We don't have a quality control team — you ARE RESPONSIBLE for the quality of what you produce!
