Basic requirements (education, skills)

Empatia Limited Liability Company is Kazakhstan's largest provider of well-being services for enterprises and organizations.

We are growing and increasing our customer base, as well as the number of consultants who help our users. In this regard, we are looking for an Accountant who is ready to develop together with the coolest and most empathetic team.

What you have to do

   ·   Accounting and tax accounting:

         – accounting of banking transactions

         – formation of payment orders, unloading of payment documents to the bank

         – accounting of transactions for the receipt of goods and services, reconciliation

         – advance reports: verification and registration in 1C

         – control (reconciliation) of operations for the sale of goods and services

         – formation of reconciliation reports with buyers/suppliers

         – write-off of materials and expenses

         – analysis of settlements with counterparties, request for missing documents

         – uploading primary documents to 1C (attaching scans)

         – calculations on taxes and fees

         – analysis of expenses in order to be accepted for income tax expenses

   · Formation of accounting/financial statements (ESD)

   · Separate VAT accounting

         – revenue generation for taxable and non-taxable transactions

         – distribution of input VAT on taxable and non-taxable transactions

   · Payroll

   ·   Personnel accounting

   · Calculation of interest on the founder's loan agreements

   · Generation of analytical data, tables, downloads from 1C and other information (including for generating a report for Astana Hub) at the request of the head

   · Creation of a register of unpaid customer bills (weekly)

   · Document management support with new and current clients: invoices, certificates, reconciliation reports, invoices, EFS, registers and other accounting documents

   · Work closely with the client and operations departments to prepare, process and verify accounting documents

   · Work in CRM (Bitrix24): set tasks for client and operational managers, track their completion, upload reports to customer cards

   · Maintain a paper and electronic archive of contracts and related primary documents
