We need someone who knows how to work with numbers, hypotheses, and funnels—and not just "run ads."

Tasks:

Facebook Instagram/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads Launch and scaling
Building a hypothesis testing system (creatives/ audiences/offers)
Working with e-commerce (D2C + marketplaces)
KPI optimization: CPA / ROAS / MER / Gross profit
Preparation of media plans and forecasts
Results analysis and weekly reporting
Working closely with the e-commerce manager and the commercial department
Participation in the launch of new products and seasonal campaigns (March 8, Black Friday, New Year, etc.)
What is important to us:
At least 2 years of experience in performance
Experience in e-commerce is required
Understanding unit economics (margin, CAC, LTV, contribution to profit)
Experience working with multiple brands/SKUs at the same time
The skill of working with creatives: understanding the structure of the selling video (hooks, UGC, dynamics)
Ability to work by KPIs, not by "coverage"
It will be a plus:
experience in FMCG / beauty
work experience in Kazakhstan
understanding marketplaces (Kaspi, Wildberries, etc.)
