SMM Manager / Content Creator / Target Manager

WeMake is a company developing modern digital projects. We are building strong content marketing and looking for an experienced SMM specialist who will be able to create viral content, develop our social networks and attract customers through targeted advertising.

We are looking for a universal specialist who can not only run social networks, but also create strong video content and run ads.

Full account management and development:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• VK

Responsibilities include:

• publishing posts, Reels, TikTok, and stories
• audience development and engagement growth
• working with comments and interacting with the audience
• account statistics analysis

• developing a monthly content plan
• generating ideas for viral and selling content
• Instagram and TikTok trends analysis
• preparing scripts for videos

• shooting short videos (Reels / TikTok)
• setting up scenes for videos
• participation in commercials (sometimes acting as an actor)
• creating content based on social media algorithms

• video editing
• adding subtitles and effects
• preparing videos for Instagram and TikTok formats
• creating advertising creatives

• preparation and organization of filming
• search for actors
• studio rentals and location selection
• preparing the props for the video content

• setting up and launching ads in Instagram / Facebook (Meta Ads) TikTok Ads
• Instagram / Facebook (Meta Ads)
• TikTok Ads
• creating advertising creatives
• hypothesis testing
• analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• optimization of advertising and reduction of lead cost

• at least 3 years of work experience as an SMM specialist
• social media experience (Instagram / TikTok)
• experience setting up targeted ads
• video editing skills
• understanding Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• the experience of creating viral short-video content
• understanding digital marketing metrics (reach, CTR, CPL, engagement)
