About the vacancy:

We are looking for a developer analyst who will help the Core Development team build a system of metrics and analytics, strengthen the BI infrastructure, and make key funnels and business lines transparent.

You will work in conjunction with Core development and business teams: turn queries into understandable metrics, storefronts and dashboards, automate calculations and help teams implement a culture of experimentation. A role at the intersection of analytics and data engineering.

You will have to:

• Build analytics in the Core Development team: metrics, storefronts, approaches, standards;
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes;
• Make clear dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Looker Studio), improve the quality of BI infrastructure, reduce technical debt;
• Launch and support experiments/A/B tests, and help teams implement experimental practices;
• Work with non-standard sources: third-party APIs, parsing, complex integrations.

Examples of projects:

Economics and the effect of switching to WhatsApp Business.

Fraudsters and spam in products, anti-fraud analytics.

HR analytics: efficiency, bottlenecks, growth points; metrics of newcomers (speed of adaptation, % of IP completion, etc.).

The robot's funnel is based on key scenarios.

The fight against parsers, automation of the NWF.

Implementation of 2FA, authorization security metrics.

Automatic calculation of deadlines by working days and display/capture of deadlines on the dashboard.

A bot for PO analysis.

We expect you to:

• A good level of Python (OOP);
• Confident work with SQL (CTE, Window functions);
• Understanding the principles of DWH and ETL/ELT construction;
• Strong analytical thinking: you can formulate hypotheses, verify, and argue conclusions.;
• Communication: you can talk to developers/managers, defend solutions, and agree on priorities.

It will be a plus:

• Practical experience with A/B tests;
• Experience in grocery companies / telecom / banks;
• Visibility into end-to-end projects: from setting metrics to embedding into team processes.
