Consultant for CVM Pilot

At Rubbles, we create and implement analytical products for major players in various industries. One of the product lines is CVM (Customer Value management), which creates solutions to increase the LTV of our Customers. The direction is actively growing, and our company has a very strong position here.

We are looking for a strong Consultant for a CVM project.

Basic requirements (education, skills)

• Understanding CVM, Personalized Marketing, and Next Best Action/ Next Best Offer approaches.
• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst (business / product / data).
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of ML/AI solutions for business, working with KPIs and experiments, and A/B testing.

• Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders and collecting requirements.
• The ability to formalize requirements and results in documentation (BT, TK), as well as in business-oriented presentations.
• Skills of decomposition and detailing tasks, building logic "hypothesis → metric → KPI → effect".
• Understanding customer data: transactions, products, communication responses.

What you have to do

• Identification of key business tasks of Customers and formation of approaches to their solution using GenAI, ML and CVM tools.
• Shaping and protecting the business value of solutions: translating functionality (NBA/NBT, personalization, GenAI content) into measurable business KPIs.
• Preparation of analytical and presentation materials on pilot decisions and results, adaptation to different business segments and types of clients.
• Analytical support for pilots and experiments:

• formulation of hypotheses
• defining metrics
• analysis of the results

It will be a plus:

• Work experience in banking / fintech / telecom.
• Experience of participation in the implementation of aCRM, CVM, GenAi;
• Marketing knowledge.
• Understanding marketing communications and funnels.
• Experience in calculating the economic effect, ROI, and uplift metrics.
• Understanding the principles of work:ML models; GenAI (text and content generation).
