Main requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in QA;
- Understanding the software development lifecycle;
- Experience in testing web applications and backend services;
- Good understanding of REST API (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE);
- Experience working with API clients (Postman...);
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL);
- Ability to write SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE);
- Understanding the principles of prioritization of defects;
- Understanding the principles of logging and log analysis;
- Understanding the basics of security (authorization, roles, access rights).
What you will do
- Conducting functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing;
- Requirements analysis (BRD, PRD, User Story, Acceptance Criteria) for completeness and testability;
- Preparation and support of test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
- Testing the backend (API) and frontend parts of applications;
- Working with bug tracking systems (establishment, maintenance, control of defect corrections);
- Conducting testing of releases before rolling out to productive;
- Interaction with analysts, developers and project managers;
- Participation in Scrum events (planning, review, retrospective, grooming...);
- Quality control of implemented functionality at all stages of development.
