Content Manager

We are looking for an AI Content Manager / AI-native Content Specialist

Organization and production of a large volume of content using AI tools. A person should take over the main part of the content flow: generation, editing, design and publication of materials.

The total amount of content is about 200 articles per month (10 per day). The flow is distributed jointly with the PR manager, while most of the materials will be in the area of responsibility of this role. 

What is important:

• The candidate must be AI-native — actively use AI in daily work, code basic vibe, understand how to speed up processes through neural networks, automation and prompting
• Be able to work quickly with large amounts of content
• Understand the difference between “raw AI generation” and high-quality content
• Be able to write articles manually without using AI, have good editing and text processing skills, and maintain the tone of voice of the company
• Be able to independently build the structure and logic of materials, and not just generate text. 
• Learn new AI tools quickly

It will be a plus:

• Experience working with Cursor
• Experience in automating content processes
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Experience working with IT / AI / fintech / cybersecurity topics
• Experience publishing on CMS and blog platforms

What to do:

• Prepare AI-assisted articles on internal regulations for the website, blog platforms and external platforms
• Independently create technical specifications and the structure of articles before generating them through AI 
• Generate drafts via ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools
• Deeply edit and refine materials after AI generation, adapt and edit texts for different platforms
• Check the texture, structure and quality of materials
• Publish articles on social networks (linkedin, etc.), CMS (wordpress) and blog platforms (medium, vc.ru and others.)
• Correctly design texts according to the SEO structure
• Proactively improve content processes: look for new services and automation methods, build your own AI workflow and simple internal tools using Cursor and other AI tools to speed up the preparation, processing and publication of content 
• Prepare images and design for publications
• Work in conjunction with a PR manager
