Experience: at least 5 years in project management or innovation.
Education: higher or postgraduate (specialized additional education will be a plus).
In-depth knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subsurface use, R&D financing rules).

Skills in conducting technical audits and working with design and estimate documentation.
Knowledge of English.
Knowledge of project portfolio management and digital transformation methodologies.

Technical audit: examination of projects, verification of technical specifications and reports for compliance with financing rules.
Project support: monitoring of implementation, control of budgets and schedules of innovation implementation.
Work with experts: organization of commissions, selection of external experts and protection of projects on technical councils.
Technology scouting: the search for IT startups and performers to solve the problems of subsurface users (within 1% of the SRS).
Networking: negotiating with partners, participating in conferences, and developing the foundation's ecosystem.

The salary level is discussed based on the results of successful completion of the selection stages and depends on your qualifications.
The work schedule is from 09.00 to 18.30, 5/2.
