What you will do
Main functional responsibilities:
- Recruitment of groups for trainings (monthly, according to the schedule)
- Advising clients on training and certification services.
- Selection of the optimal training course for clients.
Working with documentation
- Providing information on the company's services: training and certification programs.
- Drafting commercial proposals, concluding contracts, and conducting official correspondence.
- Billing, payment control.
- Client management: contract, receipt of closing documents from the accounting department.
- Training support and logistics.
- Execution of other orders of the supervisor.
Working with a potential client
- The ability to quickly establish contact with people on their own initiative.
- The ability to convince and interest .
- The ability to maintain a trusting relationship with the client.
- A positive attitude is the ability to conduct a dialogue in a positive way.
