Main requirements
· Higher and/or postgraduate technical education in the relevant field of study.
· An additional advantage will be the availability of education or advanced training in the field of information technology, IT infrastructure management, information security, project or process management.
· Work experience in the field of activity is at least 5 years.
· Work experience in senior positions or experience coordinating the work of technical specialists.
· Experience in organizing technical support for users and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
· Understanding the principles of building and functioning of server, network, and user infrastructure.
· Experience in organizing technical support for events and operation of multimedia equipment.
· Skills in personnel management, task setting, and performance control.
· Skills in budget planning, cost control, and resource management.
What you will do
- Technical service management, task planning and control
- Organization of technical support and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensuring stable and secure operation of IT systems
- Team coordination and interaction with departments
- Development and modernization of IT infrastructure
- Identification of needs, participation in the budget and procurement
- Preparation of technical documentation and project support
- Control of accounting and operation of equipment and software
- Ensuring information security
- Working with contractors and preparing reports
