Higher education (economics, finance, data analytics, applied mathematics, information systems or related fields).
At least 3 years of experience as an operational efficiency analyst/ process analyst/business analyst.
Experience in developing a KPI system and management reporting for operational or business processes.
Proficient in MS Excel
The ability to analyze operational data and identify factors affecting the effectiveness of processes.

Develop and maintain a methodology for calculating key business process performance indicators (KPIs), including uniform metric definitions and data sources.
To form and develop a system of regular management reporting on the company's processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to monitor the effectiveness of processes.
Analyze process indicators, identify deviations and bottlenecks in operational activities.
Ensure the correctness and comparability of the data used in the process reporting.
Interact with business units and process owners to collect and refine data and metrics.
Participate in the development of the process analytics system and support of the process registry.
