Main requirements
We are looking for a responsible intern/trainee in the IT team of Biocraft Digital. The desire to develop in the field of IT, testing, project management and user communication is important.
Requirements:
- basic understanding of web and mobile applications;
- attention to detail;
- good oral and written communication skills;
- ability to communicate with users and collect feedback;
- a basic understanding of UX/UI would be a plus;
- basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or any programming language will be a plus.;
- ability to structure information: tasks, bugs, user requests;
- responsibility, independence and the desire to learn.
Work experience is not required, we will teach you everything you need.
What you will do
The intern will help the team test IT products that are being developed for the medical field.
Main tasks:
- to test the company's web services and internal IT products;
- check the operation of the interface, forms, buttons, logic, and user scenarios;
- communicate with doctors and clinic staff, conduct project testing with them;
- collect feedback, comments and suggestions from users;
- log errors, bugs and suggestions in an understandable way for developers;
- help the project manager manage tasks and monitor their completion;
- participate in discussions about new features and product improvements;
- optionally, you can study fullstack development and participate in simple frontend/backend tasks.
