Backend Go Developer

red_mad_robot is a technology company with expertise in launching digital products and new businesses. Includes red_mad_robot AI— an AI solutions research and development center. We are looking for a backend developer on Go.

From you:

• At least 3 years of backend development experience on Go;

• Understanding the principles of LLM operation: context window, tokenization, temperature, model limitations;

• Experience writing AI agents: call chains, tool use/ function calling, agent status management;

• Understanding and applying the MCP (Model Context Protocol) to integrate tools and data sources;

• Experience building RAG pipelines: vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, context ranking;

• Prompt engineering at the application level;

• Integration of LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, local models) into the product code;

• The use of AI agents and assistants in daily development (Claude Code, Cursor and analogues).

That would be a plus:

• Financial-grade API (FAPI), open banking, mTLS, PKI, JWS signatures, idempotence, consent flow;

• Experience designing public/internal SDKs and libraries;

• Familiarization with data residency and compliance requirements (UAE/GCC).

 What will you do:

• Initial assessment of the scope and complexity of work for new projects;• Development and support of server logic of products (60-70% of working time);

• Architectural design and optimization of current and new solutions;

• Collaboration with other departments to align technical solutions with business objectives;

• Participation in the development processes within the team: code review, knowledge sharing, collaboration on tasks;

• Application performance and security analysis;

• Support, documentation, and monitoring of software under development;

• The use of AI agents in the development process to accelerate and automate routine tasks.
