Main requirements

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will collect and analyze a large amount of data from robots and warehouse operations, look for the root causes of problems, organize automatic data collection and create dashboards to monitor operational performance.

What you will do

To collect and analyze a large amount of data from autonomous order collection robots in warehouses to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvements (speed, cycle time, throughput, downtime, errors and robot failures).
Process customer warehouse data (SKU matrices, inventory data, history orders) to assess how autonomous mobile robots will cope with a specific load.
Purify, validate and structure databases with further preparation daily/weekly/monthly reports on key metrics. Set up regular reports and create interactive dashboards for heads of departments.
Search for Root causes of operational problems: low efficiency, downtime/failures of robots. Identify operational logistics problems.
Count the required number of robots, the optimal location of the SKU, build warehouse loading maps (heat maps) with further identification of problem areas.
Implement models for predicting the operation of robots at peak loads and to develop a set of measures to improve the efficiency of robots in conjunction with the operations and engineering department.
