Hardware and Supply Engineer

We are looking for a general-purpose engineer and a supply manager to support our robot development team. This role includes hands -on engineering work, basic hardware troubleshooting , hardware preparation, and supply planning.

·        General understanding of robotics, electronics, mechanics, software, and field operations.

·        Practical experience working with tools, assembly, repair, maintenance or technical support.

·        The ability to perform basic troubleshooting logically, rather than using a "poke method".

·        Basic understanding of sensors, cables, connectors, motors, networks, and mechanical components.

·        Confident work with spreadsheets, checklists, part lists, and documentation.

·        The ability to search for technical details on the Internet and compare specifications.

·        Basic understanding of IP addresses, configuration screens, logs, and simple software utilities.

·        Attention to the part numbers, compatibility, quantity and details of purchases.

·        Acceptance, unpacking, inspection, robot assembly, installation of hardware modules, labeling, launch and testing.

·        Assistance in the installation and preparation of lidars, cameras, Wi-Fi modules, antennas, brackets, stickers, cables, fasteners and other parts for turning.

·        Perform basic troubleshooting before escalating problems to software or hardware specialists.

·        Checking for simple causes of problems: loose cables, incorrect IP settings, missing parts, bad contacts, incorrect installation, incorrect labels, or basic configuration problems.

·        Safe use of hand, electrical and measuring instruments, as well as assembly equipment.

·        Organizing and maintaining order among tools, parts, consumables, cables, adapters, and tools.

·        Accounting of spare parts, repair fund, consumables and components.

·        Online search for parts, tools, modules, connectors, sensors, cables, and consumables.

·        Comparison of suppliers by price, availability, delivery time, specifications and compatibility.

·        Assistance in preparing purchase orders, part lists, vendor information, and internal documentation.

·        Maintaining simple checklists, inventory accounting tables, compatibility notes, and spread instructions.
