About the vacancy:

We are looking for a product analytics leader to join the real estate classifieds team. krisha.kz . The team consists of 10 product analysts distributed among 5 product teams (Core, Monetization, New Buildings, Agents, Online Booking).The teams work cross-functionally: each of them is autonomous, independently form their own strategy and are responsible for the result.As a lead, you will have to build and support effective analytics in all products, helping teams make high-quality decisions based on data.

We expect you to:

• Experience in managing an analytical team of at least 3 people;
• Deep understanding of conducting experiments (A/B testing, Causal Inference, Advanced methods);
• Experience in product analytics and understanding of key metrics;
• Experience working in a product team and the ability to speak the same language with businesses, bringing to them the analytical aspect of the work (you see the business context and issues behind the numbers);
• Experience in building analytical services and tools to improve business efficiency;
• The ability to structure complexity and work with uncertainty (developed systems thinking).

It will be an advantage:

• Experience with experiments: launch, analysis and improvement (experience with advanced experiments);
• Experience using ML in analytics (regression, classification, time series; uplift and clustering).

• Create a product backlog and strategy, providing analytical support;
• Develop an analytical team: motivation, IPR, grading, hiring, and building a strong culture within the team;
• Working with technical debt and large analytical projects;
• Strengthen the analytics processes and the discovery function in its vertical;
• Participate in the implementation of the company's overall analytical strategy;
• Build and optimize cross-team collaboration (development, data engineers, UXR, sales, and other teams);
• Participate in key product projects as a "playing coach", personally managing the most important analytical tasks;
• Projects: Strengthening standards and processes for creating and administering events, switching to auction models in monetization and b2b teams, launching an uplift discount distribution model (testing a prototype model), systematizing discovery processes, improving A/B testing processes.
