Main requirements
You will have to participate in the development of new machines for the construction of wind turbine towers throughout the life cycle: from the selection of a technical idea and preliminary design to the implementation of the machine in hardware. What you will do
· Development of 3D models of non-standard equipment in the absence of analogues.
· Calculation of the parameters of the parts (dimensions, material, etc.) based on their own estimates.
· Modeling the strength of parts in CAE.
· Investigation of fatigue strength and life of parts by means of FEA.
· Production of drawings for the production of parts and maintenance of detailing work on a contract.
· Interaction with contractors who manufacture parts.
· Support of mechanical assembly and commissioning works.We expect candidates to:
· Knowledge of theoretical mechanics and machine parts;
· Strong 3D modeling skills (preferably in SolidWorks);
· Experience in designing machines, machine tools, and non -standard equipment;
· Understanding of metal processing technologies and features : bending, cutting, welding, machining, heat treatment, etc.
· The ability to justify the choice of technical solutions;
· Willingness to work in a team, admit mistakes and learn from them;
· Understanding the joint work of mechanics with systems of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation;
· English is sufficient for reading documentation and correspondence with technical specialists. Preferably level B2 or higher.
