Full-Stack Developer (Mobile + Backend).

- Full-stack product development experience with proprietary architecture.

- The ability to independently design architecture, decompose MVP and make technical decisions without a ready-made engineering team.

- Strong backend experience: designing APIs, business logic, integrations, queues, background processes, and working with databases.

- Confident frontend experience: developing clear product interfaces for multiple roles, working with states, forms, and tables.

- Integration experience with hardware, BLE and SDK.

- Experience in EdTech, SportTech, MedTech, IoT, Connected Devices or products with role-based architecture will be a plus.

- It is important to be able to work with mobile, backend, and integrations with equal confidence.

Babyfootball.KZ is a digital product for a children's soccer school with three interfaces: a family app, a coach interface, and an administrative dashboard. The value of the product is built around training, recording results and displaying the child's progress. The system implements the roles of family, coach and administrator, progression mechanics, achievements, ratings, notifications, as well as integration with A-Champs/ROX simulators to run exercises and get results.

You will have to:

- Design the technical architecture of the end-to-end product: client applications, backend, database, admin panel and integration layer.

- Implement frontend and backend MVP, including the family interface, coach interface, administrative part, user retention mechanics and administration functions.

- Consider and implement integration with the SDK of BLE simulators for device management and data exchange (in MVP or in the following stages).

- Design the main product entities: users, children, groups, coaches, workouts, progression, achievements, gifts, ratings, notifications, terminal accounts, presets, remote start sessions.

- Set up the basic development infrastructure: deployment, environments, logging, monitoring, security, and documentation for the team.
