Senior backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for a Backend engineer who professionally develops agent-based systems, rather than just experimenting with AI agents in his spare time. You will have to design and develop agent-based components, MCP servers, and Go-based services. We expect you to be able to independently explore technical solutions and use AI agents to write code as an integral part of your work, rather than as a curious novelty.

You should be equally confident in understanding complex PostgreSQL migrations, as well as the reasons why the AI agent's cycle stops running correctly, for example, on the third call to the tool. This role provides an opportunity to directly influence the architecture of backend systems and the development of the AI capabilities of the entire platform.

·         Design, develop, and maintain agent-based components: tool definitions, multi-step loops, retries, guardrails, and evaluation processes.

·         Develop and maintain MCP servers, as well as related tools and infrastructure.

·         Use AI agents for writing code (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar tools) as a core element of the workflow, speeding up development without compromising quality.

·         Maintain and develop existing backend services written in Go.

·         Design database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and securely perform PostgreSQL database migrations.

·         Explore different technical approaches and propose alternative solutions for the development of the platform.

·         Work closely with the product and development teams in designing and implementing new functionality.

·         Participate in the code review and contribute to the implementation of best engineering practices.

·         Support integration between frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.
