At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (experience in IT or pharmaceutical field is welcome).
The ability to work with large transactions, work out objections and build long-term relationships with clients.
Good oral and written communication, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to think logically and understand the product at the level of its functions and benefits to the customer.
An active lifestyle, a desire to learn new things and develop.

Working with existing clients and attracting new ones, negotiating with decision makers at the top management level.
Implementing a personal sales plan and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Preparation, coordination and maintenance of contracts, additional agreements, acts of completed works.
Collecting and analyzing information about the service market, competitors, and potential customers.
Participation in the development and implementation of strategic projects of the sales department.

Probation salary: 250,000 tenge + 50-100 thousand tenge bonuses (after handing over all products and completing the training plan).
Staff salary: 280 000 tenge + 3-5% of the contract amount (depending on the earnings with clients).
Bonuses for the fulfillment of quarterly plans and % of sales (without financial ceiling).
Opening hours: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00.
