The vacancy has been archived and is no longer active
Main requirements
OnVibe is a user-provided leisure service that searches for events and activities, buys tickets, and plans free time. We are looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Manager who will take over task delivery management, team and stakeholder synchronization, and timing/risk/release control. For a strong candidate, growth towards a Product Manager is possible (through expanding the area of responsibility and participating in product development).
What you will do
Tasks
- Lead delivery on product initiatives: planning, decomposition, dependencies, deadlines, release windows.
- Organize and facilitate team processes: refinement/grooming, planning, syncs, demo/retro.
- Manage the backlog and tasks in Jira: correct setting, statuses, WIP control, identification of blockers, transparent reporting.
- Manage risks and changes: fix agreements, escalate on time, offer options (scope/schedule trade-offs).
- Coordinate the interaction between the product, development, design, QA, support, and external parties (integrations/partners).
- To maintain the quality of the supply: criteria of readiness (DoR/DoD), acceptance control, post-release stabilization.
- Participate in the product part (as you grow): clarifying requirements, setting goals and metrics, prioritizing initiatives together with the Head of Product.
Requirements
- Project Manager / Delivery Manager experience in IT products from 2-4 years (middle/middle+).
- The practice of managing deadlines, dependencies, risks, and releases in a cross-functional team.
- Confident working with Jira (and understanding how to set up the process so that it is manageable).
- Understanding SDLC, client–server architecture, integrations at the basic level (REST, statuses, errors) - to speak the same language with the team.
- Strong communication skills: structurality, transparency of statuses, the ability to negotiate and keep the focus on the result.
- Independence and responsibility: the ability to bring initiatives to release without micromanagement of the team.
It will be an advantage
- Experience in consumer products: ticketing, e-commerce/marketplaces, aggregators.
- Experience working with payment integrations (Kaspi/cards), refunds, incidents.
- Ability to work with metrics/analytics (funnels, conversion, post-release effects).
- Experience in building/improving processes (DoR/DoD, release outline, prioritization).
