Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer

Virtualization and hardware

—Deep experience with Proxmox VE: clustering, VM migration, HA

—Understanding of bare-metal provisioning and equipment management

Cloud and Networks

—Experience working with PaaS platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm or similar)

—Network administration: LAN/VLAN, firewall, routing, VPN

—Balancing settings via Cloudflare (Load Balancing, Tunnel, WAF)

Linux and automation
—Secure Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu/RHEL): hardening, systemd, package managers

—IaC: Ansible and/or Terraform — writing roles and modules from scratch

—Scripting skills: Bash, Python (for automation tasks)

Monitoring

—Practical experience with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics

—Experience with OpenTelemetry: instrumentation, tracing, exporting metrics

—Building an alert with clear thresholds and escalation

CI/CD

—Experience with GitLab CI and/or ArgoCD

—Understanding of GitOps approaches and deployment practices

Backup

—Designing and maintaining a backup strategy (3-2-1 or equivalent)

—Experience with Proxmox Backup Server and/or external solutions (Restic, Velero)

That would be a plus

—Experience with Ceph or other distributed storage systems

—Introduction to BGP, anycast, edge-networking

—Understanding information security: audit, compliance

—Support and development of the production contour on the PaaS cloud

—Deploying a bare-metal cluster (4 servers) on Proxmox

—Configuring balancing and replication between cloud and hardware

—Network administration: LAN, VLAN, network security

—Setup and maintenance of the backup system

—Support and development of the monitoring and alerting stack

—Participation in the construction and support of CI/CD pipelines

—Automation of routine and infrastructure as Code (IaC)

—Salary: 1 400 000 — 1 700 000 , on your hands

—Format: hybrid (office + remote work), full-time is also acceptable
