Business/ Systems Analyst (SaaS, Chatbots, AI)

Main requirements

Requirements:

at least 5 years of experience as an analyst
work experience in IT products (SaaS / web services)
the ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
experience in formalizing requirements
understanding REST APIs and integrations
experience working with Jira / Confluence

That would be a plus:

experience working with chatbots or messenger platforms
experience in designing automated scenarios / workflow
experience integrating with CRM or external APIs
understanding AI/LLM solutions

What you will do

collecting and formalizing requirements from the Product Manager and stakeholders
description of user stories and acceptance criteria
modeling of business processes and user scenarios
preparing requirements for development
description of the logic of automated scripts and chatbots
development of integrations and APIs
task decomposition for the development team
participation in the discussion of product solutions
