Main requirements

Secondary specialized (technical) or higher education in the field of electronics, information technology, automation, telecommunications or other related technical fields.
Experience in maintenance, diagnostics, configuration, or repair of equipment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (preferably also Linux), software installation, configuration, and diagnostics skills.
Confident command of a personal computer, office applications (Microsoft Office), e-mail and messengers for conducting business correspondence and preparing accounting documents.
Willingness to work on-site, business trips and perform work at the request of Customers, including, if necessary, outside standard working hours.
Responsibility, discipline, attentiveness, and accuracy when working with equipment and documentation.
Ability to quickly master new technologies, software and equipment, readiness for training and advanced training.
The ability to work independently and in a team, analyze the causes of malfunctions and make decisions to eliminate them.

What you will do

Providing technical support to users of automated medical examination systems (ASMOS), advising on the operation of equipment and software.
Performing field work at Customers' facilities for the purpose of diagnostics, maintenance, prevention and troubleshooting of ASMO equipment.
Carrying out equipment repairs, replacement of faulty components, modules, components and consumables within its competence.
Performing installation, commissioning, installation, connection, and basic configuration of ASMO equipment and software.
Carrying out scheduled maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the operational documentation and internal regulations of the Company.
Organizing and conducting training for Customer representatives on the rules of operation of equipment, software and compliance with the requirements of operational documentation.
Accounting of consumables, spare parts and components, timely formation of requests for their replenishment.
Conducting primary fault diagnosis, determining the causes of equipment failures and taking measures to eliminate them.
Registration of service documentation, including acts of services rendered (work performed), service reports, defective statements and other technical documentation.
Interaction with the Company's divisions and Customer representatives on issues of operation, maintenance, repair and maintenance of equipment.
Monitoring of the technical condition of the fixed equipment and compliance with the deadlines for scheduled maintenance work.
Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, equipment operating rules, and internal regulatory documents of the Company.
