Software Engineer (Mobile Digital Operator)

5+ years of commercial experience in backend development
Experience working with high-load systems (highload production)
Deep understanding:distributed system fault tolerance scaling (horizontal/vertical scaling)
Excellent knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem (especially WebFlux, Spring Security)
Practical experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
Strong command of SQL, experience working with PostgreSQL
Experience working with NoSQL solutions (Redis, MongoDB)
Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong command of Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI)
Strong code review and architectural analysis skills
Experience in building an event-driven architecture
Practice working with observability (monitoring, tracing, logging)
Experience in performance tuning of JVM applications
Participation in the design of microservice architectures
Leadership skills and mentoring experience

Design and development of the backend platform architecture
Designing fault-tolerant and scalable solutions
Provision of SLA services (availability, performance, stability)
Conducting and developing code review practices, improving the quality of the team's code
Optimize performance and eliminate bottlenecks
Incident management: analysis of causes, implementation of preventive solutions
Reducing technical debt and improving engineering processes
Interaction with product, billing, security, and integration partner teams
Participation in making key technological decisions
