Roblox 3D Artist / Level Designer (Remotely))

For this role, we need a specialist with strong knowledge of Blender (or another 3D editor) and Roblox Studio, who has experience in creating and optimizing Low-Poly (Low-Poly/Stylized) 3D models, texturing and importing assets. It is important to understand the principles of level design, be able to adjust lighting and visual effects to create atmospheric game locations, as well as optimize scenes for mobile devices for stable FPS. We are looking for a responsible team player for remote work who is able to plan his time independently, make quick edits and is ready to provide a portfolio with examples of his work (screenshots of scenes, links to models or ready-made Roblox placemarks).

You will have to create high-quality 3D models of the environment, props, characters and interface elements in the Low-Poly or Stylized style, as well as assemble and design game locations directly in Roblox Studio with an emphasis on game balance and convenience for players. You will adjust the atmospheric lighting, particle effects and post-processing on the levels, making the picture juicy and attractive. An important part of the work will be optimizing all assets (polygons, textures, and scenes) to ensure stable performance and high FPS on mobile devices and weak PCs. You will also work closely online with our programmer, integrating ready-made models into the gameplay and promptly making the necessary visual edits.
