Data analyst

Main requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or data engineer, confident knowledge of analytical modeling methods and tools (ER diagrams, UML, Data Vault)Deep knowledge of SQL (complex queries, optimization, window functions)Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes (Informatica, Talend, Apache Airflow or similar)Knowledge of the principles of data governance, GDPR / local legislation on the protection of personal data, methods of building data warehouses and storefrontsExperience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)Understanding the basics of Python or R programming for data preparation and automation of analyticsexcellent communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders and the IT team

What you will do

Data structure analysis is the study of current data storage models and relationships in existing information systems.Working with historical dataassembly, research, and validation of archived data to build improved analytical models.Restoration of NPA structures, analysis of regulatory legal acts (NPAs), including requirements for personal data, and formalization of requirements for data structures from them.The design of domain objects and the formation and decomposition of domain entities, taking into account the purposes of receiving, processing, storing and deleting data.Data migration DesignThe development of strategies and scenarios for transferring historical data from outdated IP to new platforms.Designing data exchange mechanisms, defining ETL/ELT process formats, protocols, and schedules for integration with external and internal systems.Designing the NSI subsystem (Regulatory and Reference Information)Create a reference and master data model that provides a single point of truth for the entire application landscape.
